Effectively manage all processes related to the project,reasonably arrange the project progress, shorten the completion time, lower cost, reduce waste of resources, and ensure the high-quality finished products within the acceptable delivery time. The project manager is responsible for the whole project from the beginning to the end, and provides customers with the information of the whole project. In order to let customers know the progress of each project, we provide project progress reports and progress photos every week, it's convenient for customers to control everything at the same time to ensure the project development transit smoothly from engineering to production until completion.

MOLD ENGINEERING

We have a group of engineers who have rich design practice for more than ten years, using international advanced PRO/E, CAD, UG, Moldflow, PowerMILL for product development, molding analysis and full 3D mold design, CNC processing technology has been widely used, so that we can according to the previous successful experience, participate in the initial design review, propose suggestions and feasible solutions to provide a guarantee for the production of high quality and short delivery date.

Part analysis: Before mold design start, it's very necessary to do mold 

feasibility analysis, we will share our part design improvement

suggestion with customers.

Fill Time Plot

CAE: From mold flow analysis, to give reference idea on gate location, 

weld line, cooling line lalyout, etc, for supporting to make the most 

reasonable decision.



Weld Line Plot(Rear)

  1. Analysis performed is fill, cool feed system.  

  2. Part is filling in 2.763S .  

  3. Maximum pressure require to fill part is 56.23Mpa]  

  4. Melt temperature used is 270°C. The temperature rise of melt is

    within the specified limits in the end of filling.   

  5. Air trap observed at the end of fill, at parting line and at the

    technical features. Proper venting should be provided.  

  6. Weld lines are be Structurally strong as temperature rise and drop

    is in allowable limit.

  7. Clamp force - maximum (2.763s) 37.93ton.

  8. Shear rate is within manufacturer recommended

    limit of the material.

Cavity Cooling

CAD: Experienced programming experience, to guarantee our machining

quality and efficiency. Based on CAE analysis, and our design

experience, to make the excellent mold design.
